Quality Control：
Tianjin Dong Fang Xian Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd follows the business philosophy “Client First”, focus on taking the clients requirement as our top urgent work, and arrange all the operations on this basis. Product and quality is the life blood of company developing, Clients’ request is the point of penetration of promoting our quality. The company implemented ISO9001 and API SPEC Q1 quality control system to stiffen quality management, we work out 22 control programs, and carry out those programs strictly, ensured the probability of operation of this system, realized the function of the standards.

Quality Inspection：
The company controls the production line strictly, built up five inspection stations: assembly inspection station, steel structure inspection station, finishing workshop inspection station, metal process inspection station, hired or bought material inspection station, responsible for inspect in the process of assembly, final test, plate-work and welding section, painting parts, workpiece and the purchase inspection of hired or bought materials. The company have supersonic flaw detector, NDT detector, Leeb hardness tester, sound level meter, infrared thermometer etc. totally more than one hundred inspection equipments, adopts various inspection method to implement strict, detailed inspection to the products, ensure every parts is 100% qualified.

The company concerns that education of quality concept and establishes quality culture as very important task, through special quality meetings, quality sense education meeting etc, to promote workers’ quality concept, build up new quality concept in their mind, which makes the concept of zero imperfection, zero reject and pursuing excellence root deeply in all the employee’s mind, all that insures every production operated according to the standards strictly.
